The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to advise you about the kind of information we may gather about you when you visit our website or send us information. Additionally, this policy deals with how we may use that information and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct this information.

Collection of Your Personal Information

Information is collected from you to assist your use of Agrimaster, Wagemaster or Wage Easy Payroll products.

Depending on the service you are requesting you could be asked to provide information such as your name and email address.

Sometimes, we may specifically ask for personal information about you when you sign up to use our service. Certain information may be required such as your name, company name, ABN, postal address, billing address, phone number, fax number, email address, accountant, bank and agricultural consultant’s name. We may also ask you about your computer type, credit card number, employees’ Tax File numbers, employees award rates and other details pertaining to your employees’ wages.

All information is stored in a password protected, secure database, which is only accessible by Agrimaster. All backup copies of this database are stored in a secure off site facility.

Use of Your Personal Information

Agrimaster will only use the personal information you have chosen to provide us for the purpose for which you provided it, including giving good customer service, invoicing, billing and communications.

Sharing of Your Personal Information

Some Agrimaster services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. For example, if you are a Wagemaster or Wage Easy Payroll customer, your contact details are shared with Australian Flagship the authors of Wage Easy and Wagemaster payroll products. This information is used for licensing purposes and only contact details are exchanged.

No Sale of Personal Information

Under no circumstances will Agrimaster sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.

Access & Correction of Your Personal Information

If Agrimaster holds your personal information, Agrimaster will, where possible, provide you with access to the information. Agrimaster will take steps to keep this information about you correct and up to date so that it is accurate, complete and current.

Communication Preferences

You can stop the delivery of emails and faxes from Agrimaster by contacting us in writing and informing us of your decision.

If you are an Agrimaster member, you may not elect to stop the delivery of major software updates which are always sent via post.

Security of Your Financial & Personal Information

Faxes, emails and paper documents sent to or requested by the support, training or consultancy departments, which contain financial information in relation to your query are destroyed within 7 working days on completion of the project. Faxes, emails and paper documents that are required to be kept for tax compliance reasons are stored in a secure location,
